Ryan has a passion for finding the heart, emotion, comedy and excitement in every story he produces. Most recently he worked as the Vice President of Development for Haymaker Content, a story- focused production company specializing in Documentary and Docu-Series Television. While there, he oversaw the development of 6 seasons of " Southern Charm" on Bravo as well as the most watched unscripted show in Netflix history, “ Floor is Lava.” ” He also produced and edited multiple pilots and was the Co-EP for the series “ All On The Table” on Discovery+.

With over 15 years of experience in television production, Melanie brings a dynamic blend of creativity, logistical expertise, and strategic storytelling to the Seniors Living team. She has worked behind the scenes across a wide range of formats—from live broadcasts to digital series—most notably as a seasoned MLB stage manager for the San Diego Padres and other major sports teams and leagues.

Melanie is also a social media marketing expert, leading the publicity efforts for Seniors Living and helping amplify the show’s message across platforms. In addition, she is the creator and host of MediaMelanieTV.com, a growing YouTube channel and media hub where she shares commentary, reviews, and coverage of today’s most talked-about TV shows and pop culture moments.

Passionate about authentic storytelling, audience connection, and creating meaningful content, Melanie is proud to help bring the real-life journeys of older adults to the screen.
